Graphics

Graphic design is not included in the costings.

Graphics supplied after the due date will incur late charges for overtime and/or urgent freight charges, and we cannot guarantee graphics will be supplied in time for your event.

Design Changes

Once working drawings are complete, variations to the design may not be possible.

Installation & Dismantle

If at the time of quoting if we have not been given final details such as move in move out times, access details or floor plan, the labour costs will be an estimate and we will adjust the final invoice.

Electrical

Accurate costs cannot always be obtained from the electrical contractor at the time of quoting. We allocate an estimate and will adjust the final invoice.

Transport

Due the shorter move in times and restricted access to some venues it is no longer possible to obtain accurate costings, we allocate an estimate based on past experience and will adjust the final invoice.

Logistics

Accurate costs cannot always be obtained from the logistics contractor prior to the show, we allocate an estimate based on past experience and we will adjust the final invoice.

IT Support

If IT equipment such as computers, digital or touch screens etc are purchased, we recommend booking a technician to come to site during build up, if you do not elect to do this or if the equipment goes down during the show a call out fee will apply.

Occupational Health & Safety

The Exhibit Company and all our subcontractors comply with all OH&S requirements for safe work practices.

Insurances

The Exhibit Company and all our subcontractors have current Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Certificates, copies of which can be provided on request.

Whilst all care is taken in respect of your property, no responsibility on the part The Exhibit Company is accepted. We advise you to make your own insurance arrangements.

Indemnity

Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by The Exhibit Company in recovering outstanding debt, including but not limited to debt collection fees and lawyer’s fees, shall be payable by the customer and added to the outstanding debt amount for collection. This indemnity includes any legal fees and expenses The Exhibit Company incurs in order to enforce its rights, on an indemnity basis.

Interest Rates

The interest rate on any outstanding debts is a fixed rate of 15% per year.

Storage

Storage charges will be billed at the rate of $7.25 per cubic metre per week, once an exhibit is constructed the final volume will be supplied. The expense will be charged in arrears at the end of each quarter. In the event that the exhibit is no longer required, transport and tip fees will be incurred for disposal.
